Elite Skates & Embroidery offers the finest equipment, accessories, personalized clothing and gifts at the best possible prices. Our volume buying powers enables us to purchase at the best possible prices and offer our customers the peace of mind of knowing that you made the right decision buying from the Elite Skating and Embroidery.

Shipping
Free ground shipping on most orders over $199.00 US. Due to the higher shipping cost for large equipment purchases, not all orders qualify for free ground shipping. Those items that do not qualify for free ground shipping will be clearly identified in our catalog.

Delivery Cost and Time
Shipping cost is based on order size and weight. Large orders may have additional cost added to the order. Sticks and goalie pads may require additional freight. All in-stock items are shipped via UPS the next business day after your order is received. Delivery times are based on destination and delivery choice. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Returns
Elite Skating & Embroidery wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We never charge a restocking fee and most items are returnable within 30 days of the original date. If you are unhappy with your order, please call our toll free number and our associates will be happy to issue you a return goods authorization number.

All RETURNS REQUIRE A RGA #.
• All returns must be unused and in the original merchandise packaging.
• Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original order date. Under garments, tights, and personal protective equipment are non-returnable or exchangeable.
• Special merchandise and custom orders are not returnable unless we make an error on your order.
• All returned skates will have a blade height verification check performed. Any skates found to have been sharpened by others will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The manufacturer will provide all warrantees for defective merchandise.
• The cost of “Free Freight” will be charged on all returned items unless it is determined to be the error of Elite Skates & Embroidery.

Refusal of Package
If shipped parcels are refused for any reason, both original and returned shipping cost will be charged to the customer’s account.

Taxes
Elite Skate & Embroidery charges Rhode Island residents 7% sales tax on all merchandise, except clothing. It is the responsibility for all customers to pay any state sales tax due that has not been charged by Elite Skates & Embroidery to their respective states and communities.
